How It All Got Started
The broad theoretical concepts of using food derived natural, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, catalytic enzyme processes in place of older chemical technology have been researched, experimented and developed by our chief scientist, Stephen Gorton, for some time. His ideas to use natural products and processes to improve results while eliminating potentially harmful side effects caused by products already in the marketplace are things he has experimented with throughout his career in the food science and enzyme technology field.
